Join "Barefoot Ken" at 8:45am on April 12th at Harriman State Park, NY for an introduction to barefoot hiking and experience the mindfulness and mental calmness of grounding. This beginner-friendly adventure takes place on well-maintained trails in Harriman State Park, offering a chance to reconnect with nature like you did as a kid.
